The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative Limited (IFFCO) (External website that opens in a new window) is a unique venture in which the farmers of the country through their own Co-operative Societies created this new institution to safeguard their interests in the production and delivery of fertilisers. Registered in 1967, IFFCO is a Multi-unit Co-operative Society & has made strategic investments in several joint ventures across India & the world, with the sole view of benefiting farmers in India. The entire activities of Delivery, Sales and Endorsement are co-ordinated by Promotion Central Office (MKCO) assisted by the Promotion offices (External website that opens in a new window) in the field. In addition, essential agro-inputs for crop production are made available to the farmers through a chain of 158 Farmers Service Centre (FSC) (External website that opens in a new window).
