Abstract

Physical vigor is not just about having a thin lean body frame, but it is about having cardiovascular and muscular stamina, strong resistance system, and most importantly, a satisfied, happy and well balanced state of mind. The benefits of physical vigor are numerous and include better fitness, greater strength, more elasticity, amplified power, improved appearance, and a more positive attitude and mood. Regular work out can lead to both immediate and long-term benefits. Regular physical activity has been shown to reduce the morbidity and mortality from many chronic diseases. The benefits of vigor far outweigh the inconveniences of regular work out. To reap the maximum benefits of physical vigor, remember that your program should include all the main five components of physical vigor. These are the fitness related vigor components like cardiovascular stamina, elasticity, muscular stamina and muscle strength. There are in fact other components of physical vigor but they are skill related and less important.
