Abstract

Having handy reference as a source of outstanding knowledge for scientist engaged in developing nanoparticles based oral delivery system of macromolecules (NpODSM). Macromolecule (peptides, proteins, monoclonal antibodies, and vaccines) explored for delivering associated proclaimed benefits, in diverse arena. Interest evoke for presenting them as oral delivery system vis-à-vis synergizing their effect by integrating nanotechnology. The effort is to abreast increasing efficacy, tolerability, specificity and therapeutic index, and minimizing toxicities. Nowadays NpODSM receiving attentions, as these improves performance, stability, and patient compliance, and possess potential for improving marketability. Their design and development considered being a state of art involves multidisciplinary activity and creates difficulties. All these effort is to make best formula through method of optimization. Available literatures are unable to provide insight on prospective planning relating their development while some are unhandy. In this regard, information collected and presented as a handy note. This insight features prospective planning relating development of NpODSM and has applicability in product evolution, with excellent feature.
